All prices include VAT.
The sum will be taken by Public Broadcasting Service (PBS).

Transactions using payment cards are free. The terms and conditions are the same as when you otherwise use these cards.
The total will only be taken from your account once the products have been sent from our warehouse. No sum greater than the sum you approved on purchase will ever be taken from your account.
Payment is made via a secure server (SSL), and all sensitive data is encrypted so that they cannot be read by personnel or other parties.

 

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY

Shipping fee for dispatch within Denmark: DKK 65 (maximum 5 kg)
Shipping fee for dispatch to EU countries: DKK 210 (maximum 2 kg)
Shipping fee for dispatch to countries outside the EU: DKK 250 (maximum 1 kg)

Orders will be delivered, as a rule, within 3-5 working days to delivery addresses within Denmark. For deliveries to countries outside Denmark, an additional 7-10 working days should be taken into account.
However, if one or more of your products is on back order from our suppliers, it may take longer. If this is the case, we will assemble your order so that you only need to pay for dispatch once.
All packages are sent by Post Danmark.

 

RETURN GOODS AND RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

You always have 14 days right of cancellation at www.seimei.me. These 14 days begin once you have received your products.
If you wish to cancel your purchase, and the right of cancellation will be used, you must return the products at your own expense to the address below no later than 14 days after receipt.

The right of cancellation may only be used if the products are returned in the same condition and quantity. The right of cancellation no longer applies if you use the product in a way that clearly reduces the sale value of the product significantly.

When returning an order, please state your order number, which is shown on your order confirmation. Please state whether you prefer to receive a refund or replacement goods.

IF YOU USE THE RIGHT OF CANCELLATION, WE RECOMMEND THAT THE PRODUCTS BE RETURNED AS A PACKAGE WITH A Track & Trace NUMBER, AS YOU WILL ONLY RECEIVE A REFUND ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED THE GOODS AND HAVE HAD AN OPPORTUNITY TO EXAMINE THEM.

THE MONEY WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CREDIT CARD YOU USED TO PAY FOR YOUR PURCHASE. FOR SECURITY REASONS, WE CANNOT REFUND MONEY TO OTHER CREDIT CARDS. EXCEPTIONS MAY BE MADE IF THE PAYMENT CARD THAT WAS USED FOR THE PURCHASE HAS BEEN REPLACED BY A NEW CARD IN THE MEANTIME.
PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ACCEPT PACKAGES SENT CASH ON DELIVERY.

FORCE MAJEURE

SEIMEI is exempt from liability for failure to fulfil its obligation in accordance with a completed purchase if the failure is the result of circumstances beyond its control, and these circumstances prevent, complicate or delay order completion.

Exempting circumstances exist if SEIMEI A/S or its subsuppliers are prevented from completing this agreement as a result of war, civil war, insurrection, official restrictions, import or export bans, natural catastrophes, including but not limited to earthquakes, storm surge, extensive flooding, waterspout, volcanic eruption and lack of goods due to extensive labour dispute, fire or similar that should not or could not have been predicted by the parties at the time the agreement was entered into.

 

RIGHT TO COMPLAIN

When you buy something at www.seimei.me, you have 24 months to lodge a complaint. This means that you can either have your products replaced, your money refunded or you can receive a deduction in price, depending on the actual situation. This depends, of course, on the complaint being justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other injurious behaviour.

If one or more of the ordered products has been destroyed or was faulty on receipt, please contact Customer Services. Please see under CONTACT. Faults and defects on receipt must be reported no later than 14 days after receipt.
We refund reasonable freight costs that you may face as a result of returning the product once the complaint is justified.

You can complain in writing or verbally. Two years after receipt of the product, your right to complain lapses in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, § 83, para. 1, unless stated otherwise.

Complaints to SEIMEI Shop will be handled as quickly as possible. We reserve the right not to replace or refund products that:

  1. Have been handled incorrectly
  2. Have been handled unnecessarily roughly

Please note! We will not accept packages sent cash on delivery or similar.
Please remember that the product should always be returned in suitable packaging, and get a receipt of posting so that we can refund your transport costs.

SEIMEI Charity Bracelet – Product Maintenance

We kindly ask you to follow our product care instructions to make sure you get the best of your jewellery:

Gently wipe the jewellery with a soft cloth regularly to keep it shining.
Do not use jewellery cleaner on your SEIMEI Charity Bracelet.
Avoid any kind of knocks.

Keep your jewellery away from any contact with nail polish removers, perfume, soap or hairspray.

Do not wear your jewellery when bathing or swimming.
We recommend that you store your jewellery separately to avoid scratches and that you store it in the original box.

SEIMEI T-shirt from EDUN – Care Instructions

  • Machine wash cold with like colors
  • Gently cycle
  • Do not bleach
  • Tumble dry low
  • Low iron
  • Do not dry clean

We grant a two year guarantee on our products, but differ between production errors, breaches and wear and tear. Wear and tear means that the product has been used over a longer period of time and is therefore not covered by the guarantee. Examples include, but are not limited to: surface scratches, changes in character of gold plating and surface wear.

 

PERSONAL DATA POLICY

Cookies

A cookie is how a user’s behaviour on a network is registered by the user themselves (on the user’s hard disk). In this way, the user can be recognised when they next visit a website, for instance.

In order to enter an agreement with the SEIMEI Shop, the following information about you is registered:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Email address
  • nvoice/order form in our customer directory in connection with the purchase

We register personal data in order to be able to deliver products to you. Personal data is registered with SEIMEI A/S and stored for five years, after which it is deleted.

Information given to www.seimei.me will not be passed on or sold in any way to third parties, and we will not register any sensitive information.
If you are registered with SEIMEI A/S, you are always entitled to object to registration. You are also entitled to see what information we have registered about you. You have these rights in accordance with the Danish Personal Data Act and any questions in this regard should be sent by email to SEIMEI A/S:
